OUR STORY  

Inspired by my grandparents who were excellent cigar makers, I began to develop curiosity for this art from a very early age. I was only 21 years old when I decided that this was the way forward to keep my grandparents' legacy alive. In 1995 at the age of 23, driven by my family and with this passion that grew within me, one of my dreams finally materialized when I had the opportunity to officially start working as a “Torcedor” tobacco manufacturer in the H.Upmann factory. in my native country in Havana, Cuba. In 2008 I arrived in this wonderful country, the United States of America, having the honor and pleasure of working in the great El Titán de Bronce factory for 4 years, but always with a destination in mind: to have my own brand. In 2013 I made the decision to create my own Don Juan Cigar brand honoring my grandfather who was called Juan Díaz, from whom I inherited that name and honoring all those men who feel like a Don Juan after trying the perfect blend of exclusive Cuban Tobacco seeds planted in different countries. Since we were young we always had the idea of ​​working together and it was not until 2014 that my compadre Taisuky and I Juan Miguel Diaz made the decision that he should be part of this company, since more than a friend he is part of our family and this has always been a family business that has grown not only because of my effort, but also because of the hard work of my wife Jacqueline De Diaz, our son Yariel Díaz and Taisuky, we have all walked this path together hand in hand, thanks to this we have achieved the product Don Juan Cigar which is described as a medium Cuban-style tobacco made by Cuban cigar makers, with an elegant flavor in each puff, which adapts to the palate while you smoke and enjoy it.
